I understand this is a membership based directory with an annual membership subscription.

I understand that my annual membership subscription will be charged to the credit card provided each year on today's date unless cancelled.

I understand that my profile will not be publicly displayed until I complete the required sections in my profile and it is approved. Approval review process typically takes 1-2 business days.

I understand that I can cancel my membership with Notary Jane at any time by emailing a cancellation request to [email protected].

I understand that upon my cancellation request, I will receive a prorated refund based upon my time as a member for that annual billing cycle.
